Chargeback Fraud Policy

We take chargeback fraud very seriously. By placing an order with Shan Cabelo, you agree to the following terms:

No unauthorised chargebacks

Customers agree not to file a chargeback with their bank or payment provider without first contacting us directly to resolve any issue. Filing a chargeback without contacting us is considered a violation of our purchasing agreement.

 

Evidence collection and record keeping

To protect our business against fraud, we document every order. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Photographic and/or video evidence of the packaging process
  • Photographic proof of the completed order prior to shipment
  • Post office drop-off receipts and shipping confirmations
  • Tracking numbers linked to the customer’s name, address, and order
  • IP address, billing address, and transaction verification details

All records are securely stored and submitted as evidence in the event of a chargeback or dispute.

 

Delivered orders

If tracking information confirms that an order was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the transaction will be considered complete and fulfilled. We are not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages
  • Incorrect addresses entered by the customer
  • Delivery issues after confirmed delivery

These cases do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

 

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed under false claims (e.g., “item not received” when tracking shows delivery) will be treated as chargeback fraud.

We reserve the right to:

  • Contest the chargeback with full evidence
  • Permanently ban the customer from future purchases
  • Report fraudulent activity to payment processors and relevant databases
  • Pursue further action if necessary

 

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. By completing checkout, customers acknowledge and accept this chargeback and fraud prevention policy in full.
