Return Policy

RETURNS

We take pride in the quality of our hair products and we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the mistake is made by us.

 

If you believe that you have received an incorrect item or there was a problem with your order, please contact within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to start the return process. Our team will review your claim and determine if a return is necessary.

 

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returns must be approved in advanced and returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.

 

Please note that returns will ONLY be accepted if the product is in its original condition and has not been used or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

 

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us (info@shancabelo.com). We are here to help and we will do the best to resolve any issues. 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Products that have been opened, used or chemically altered.
  • Products that have zip ties removed.
  • Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Products that are past the 14-day return window.

 

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Please note that if the hair has been used or altered in any sort of manner, we will not be able to give any sort of refund. At most you will receive a replacement for the hair OR partial store credit for the inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
