Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
• If an item is in stock and ordered by 3pm, it will be dispatched the same day or the next working day delivery.
• Orders placed from Monday - Wednesday are most likely to be received in the same week (UK only). 
• Orders placed after Friday 8am will be processed the next Monday (or next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

UK Shipping

• After processing period, orders are shipped.
• Couriers: Royal Mail Next Day Delivery - Signed and Tracked. 
• All UK orders require a signature and photo on delivery.

 

EU Shipping

• Delivery: 6–10 working days (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Couriers: DPD Delivery OR FedEX Delivery.
• Due to Brexit, EU orders may experience customs delays beyond our control.

USA & Canada Shipping

• Delivery: 10–15 working days (excluding weekends & holidays)
• Couriers: DPD Delivery OR FedEX Delivery.

Important Information

• Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, strikes, or public holidays.
• Customers are advised not to book hair appointments or consultations until orders are received and fully inspected.
• We are not liable for missed, delayed, or cancelled appointments.

 

Collection (East London)

• Local collection available by prior arrangement.
• Please contact us a few hours in advance.
• You may also arrange an Uber or courier collection.
